Things to know

  • We need a minimum of 15 people to offer the group rate.
  • We require final numbers and payment 7 days before the date of visit. We accept card or bank transfer payments.
  • Cancellations need to be communicated in writing at least 7 days before the date of visit or full charges apply.
  • There is no coach parking on site. The drop off/pick up point for coaches is at Elizabeth gate, which is on Kew Green (TW9 3AE).

How many tickets do you wish to book?

We offer all disabled customers an additional free ticket for a carer to accompany them, if required. Essential companion tickets are provided with the understanding that the carer is willing and able to assist the access customer throughout their entire visit.

Minimum number of tickets for a group booking is 15.

We are unable to accommodate coach drop offs before 10.15am and between 2.30pm and 3pm.

 

We cannot accept coach bookings between 2.30pm and 3pm. Please select another timeslot.

Booking and Payment Terms & Conditions

Pre-booking is compulsory, and requests will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. To make your booking requests please submit this form. Please note that we are unable to process booking requests by phone. 

Group size: the minimum group size is 15. 

Payment: full pre-payment is required no later than 7 days prior to the date of visit and can be made by card or BACS. If payment is not received by the due date, the space will be released. 

Cancellations: cancellations made within 7 days from the date of the visit, will incur full cancellation charges.

Refunds/Exchanges: Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is not able to offer exchanges or refunds after the payment is received. We are also not able to offer refunds/duplicates on unwanted/lost tickets.

Weather conditions: Inevitably, bad weather can affect any open-air experience. If we have to cancel due to safety concerns, groups will be offered an alternative date or a refund. No refunds will be offered simply if the weather is inclement. Any decision to close the gardens will be communicated in advance.

Privacy

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew will use your information as the primary contact point for the purposes of booking your group’s visit to Kew. We* will use your data to fulfil an agreement with you and for legitimate interest purposes. Your information is accessible by the Travel Trade and Groups team. We will use your information to deal with queries, to obtain feedback and to provide you with information that may be relevant or of interest to you or your group/organisation. Booking information will be retained for 7 years to comply with financial legal obligations and you will receive updates from us until you ask to be removed from the list. Kew’s privacy policy explains what data we collect and why, how we use it and other information relevant to the privacy of your data.
