During the class, learn standing meditation, joint loosening exercises, and two traditional Tai chi movement routines to strengthen your mind and body.
You can either book a single Tai chi class or a block of six classes at a reduced rate.
Beginners course - What you'll learn
This course of six classes is designed to provide an introduction to Tai chi.
With weekly sessions, participants will be taught the flowing sequence of the Yang style - 8 step, standing meditation, and joint loosening exercises.
This practice can help improve your flexibility and strength, while also reducing stress and anxiety.
